Heater exchanger for Air Top Evo 40/55
Heat received at fuel combustion is transferred in the heat exchanger to a stream of the air given by the air combustion fan.
Replacement of a heater exchanger.
Dismantling.
1. To remove the heater.
2. To disassemble the case.
3. To remove the control unit.
4. To remove the overheating sensor.
5. To remove the air combustion.
6. To remove a burner.
7. To unscrew 2 self-tapping screws and to take a spherical pipe from the heat exchanger.
8. To remove round consolidation from the heat exchanger and to check his state.
Installation.
1. To place new consolidation in a heat exchanger groove.
2. To establish a spherical pipe and to fix by 2 screws from outer side.
3. To tighten self-tapping screws with the moment of 4+0,4 Nanometers.
4. To establish a burner.
5. To establish the air combustion.
6. To install the control unit.
7. To install the overheating sensor.
8. To assemble the case.
9. To install the heater.
