Webasto air motor.
Webasto air motor consists of the case, the motor, a blower motor fan for heating and a blower motor fan for burning. The air motor gives air, necessary for combustion, from an airintaking opening to the combustion chamber. Besides, the air motor takes away air and pumps over it via the heat exchanger of the heater and gives to the heated rooms.
Replacement of the air motor.
Dismantling.
1. To remove the heater.
2. To disassemble the case.
3. To remove the control unit.
Instruction: For removal of the air motorr it is necessary to turn out 5 "external" screws of fastening of the air mototr to the heat exchanger.
4. To unscrew screws.
5. To remove the air motor of air from the heat exchanger.
6. To carry out works with removed a component.
Installation.
1. Make sure that the surface of the air motor and the plane of the heat exchanger aren't damaged.
2. To install new consolidation on the flange of the air motor.
3. The air motor to establish on the heat exchanger and to fix by screws, at the same time to establish the grounding plait wire under the screw.
4. To tighten screws with the moment 6,0 ± 0,6nm.
5. To install the control unit.
6. To assemble the case.
7. To install the heater.
8. To check CO2 and if necessary to adjust
