Heat exchanger.

Heat received at fuel combustion is transferred in the heat exchanger to a stream of the air given by the supercharger.

Replacement of the heat exchanger.

Dismantling.

  1. To dismantle the heater.
  2. To disassemble the case.
  3. To remove the control unit.
  4. To remove the overheating sensor.
  5. To remove the air motor.
  6. To remove the flame sensor on the petrol version.
  7. To remove a heat pin. ATTENTION! When carrying out the following works be convinced that the fuel tube isn't deformed.
  8. To remove a plate.
  9. To pull out a spherical pipe and consolidation from the heat exchanger. Consolidation is subject to replacement.
  10. To carry out works on the removed components.

Replacement of a torch, pin of incandescence, sensor of a flame, spherical pipe and heat exchanger.

Installation.

  1. To install new consolidation in the heat exchanger and to bring a spherical pipe into adjusting situation.
  2. To establish a heat pin.
  3. Flame sensor (only petrol execution). ATTENTION! During the following works to pay attention to integrity of a fuel tube.
  4. To install a torch in the heat exchanger. The cable of the sensor of a flame has to pass under a fuel tube.
  5. To fix a burner and a clamping level by screws.
  6. To tighten screws with the moment 6±0,6 nanometers.
  7. To establish the air motor.
  8. To install the control unit.
  9. To install the overheating sensor.
  10. To establish the heat-insulating pro-rates.
  11. To assemble the case.
  12. To install the heater.
