Heat Exchanger for Webasto AT2000 with the overheating sensor & fixture
Heat exchanger.
Heat received at fuel combustion is transferred in the heat exchanger to a stream of the air given by the supercharger.
Replacement of the heat exchanger.
Dismantling.
- To dismantle the heater.
- To disassemble the case.
- To remove the control unit.
- To remove the overheating sensor.
- To remove the air motor.
- To remove the flame sensor on the petrol version.
- To remove a heat pin. ATTENTION! When carrying out the following works be convinced that the fuel tube isn't deformed.
- To remove a plate.
- To pull out a spherical pipe and consolidation from the heat exchanger. Consolidation is subject to replacement.
- To carry out works on the removed components.
Replacement of a torch, pin of incandescence, sensor of a flame, spherical pipe and heat exchanger.
Installation.
- To install new consolidation in the heat exchanger and to bring a spherical pipe into adjusting situation.
- To establish a heat pin.
- Flame sensor (only petrol execution). ATTENTION! During the following works to pay attention to integrity of a fuel tube.
- To install a torch in the heat exchanger. The cable of the sensor of a flame has to pass under a fuel tube.
- To fix a burner and a clamping level by screws.
- To tighten screws with the moment 6±0,6 nanometers.
- To establish the air motor.
- To install the control unit.
- To install the overheating sensor.
- To establish the heat-insulating pro-rates.
- To assemble the case.
- To install the heater.
