Glowpin.
Glowpin performs also function of the sensor of a flame. The Glowpin represents the ceramic core located in a torch about the evaporator. Giving of current on a pin leads to his kaleniye. During start-up he lights fuel-air mix in the combustion chamber.
Diagnostics of a Glowpin.
Instruction: Measurement of resistance needs to be taken an ohmmeter, suitable for measurements of small sizes. Measurement of resistance a simple digital multimeter can be inexact. As an example for measurements the new Glowpin can be used.
Replacement of a Glowpin.
Dismantling.
1. To remove the heater.
2. To disassemble the case.
3. To remove the control unit.
4. To dismantle the air motor.
5. To pull out cable consolidation outside from the heat exchanger.
6. 4 screws to turn off and remove a clamping plate.
Instruction: Make sure that the burner is separated from a spherical pipe.
7. Accurately turning to take a burner.
ATTENTION! At extraction of a pin to be careful. Not to rotate a pin. Blocking of a pin combustion products is possible.
8. To weaken the screw and to pull out a pin from a burner.
9. To take a spherical pipe and consolidation from the heat exchanger. Consolidation is subject to replacement.
10. To carry out works with the removed components.
Installation.
1. To install new consolidation in the heat exchanger and to bring a spherical pipe into adjusting situation.
2. Make sure that отв. for a outside flame it isn't polluted. If necessary to clean his core OE of 4 mm.
3. To insert a pin of heat into a plate and to arrange protective isolation in a plate cut.
ATTENTION! At installation of a pin of heat to be convinced of lack of his contact with the heat exchanger. The pin has to be inserted into a burner against the stop.
4. to fix a Glowpin by the screw. To tighten the screw with the moment 0,5 nanometers.
5. To insert a burner into the heat exchanger. To pay attention that the cable of the sensor of a flame has to settle down under a fuel tube.
6. To push plugs of a Glowpin and the sensor of a flame in the heat exchanger and to establish cable consolidation into place.
