Webasto AT2000ST diesel burner
Burner with the combustion chamber.
In a Burner fuel, evaporating from vaporizing laying, mixes up with the given air. In the combustion chamber fuel-air mix burns down, heating thereby the heat exchanger.
Replacement of a Burner and spherical pipe.
Dismantling.
1. To dismantle the heater.
2. To disassemble the case.
3. To remove the control unit.
4. To remove the overheating sensor.
5. To remove the air motor.
6. To remove the flame sensor on the petrol version.
7. To remove a glow pin.
ATTENTION! When carrying out the following works be convinced that the fuel tube isn't deformed.
8. To remove a plate.
9. To pull out a spherical pipe and consolidation from the heat exchanger. Consolidation is subject to replacement.
10. To carry out works on the removed components.
Installation.
1. To install new consolidation in the heat exchanger and to bring a spherical pipe into adjusting situation.
2. To establish a glow pin.
ATTENTION! During the following works to pay attention to integrity of a fuel tube.
4. To install a torch in the heat exchanger. The cable of the sensor of a flame has to pass under a fuel tube.
5. 3 to fix a Burner and a clamping level by screws.
6. To tighten screws with the moment 6±0,6 nanometers.
7. To establish the air motor.
8. To install the control unit.
9. To install the overheating sensor.
10. To establish the heat-insulating pro-rates.
11. To assemble the case.
12. To install the heater.
