It is desirable to install the dosing pump in the cool place, but (as well as fuel-supply lines) at all not near the details of the car radiating heat - otherwise thermal insulation has to be provided! Admissible ambient temperature shouldn't exceed + 20oc. The dosing pump it is necessary to fix on a vibroshock-absorbing pendant to provide a good independent air outlet (deaeration). In view of danger of corrosion it is allowed to apply only the shtekerny connections delivered to Vebasto between the dosing pump and its cable plait.
