Burner.

In a burner fuel, evaporating from vaporizing laying, it is distributed on the combustion chamber. In the combustion chamber fuel-air mix burns down, heating thereby the heat exchanger.

During repair or the current servicing of heaters the following works on re-equipment can be in addition performed:

• installation of the external sensor of temperature for optimum regulation of operation of the heater.

• installation of a burner from blendy.

Installation of a burner from blendy.
Special repear set are necessary for re-equipment of the heater:

for heaters on 12 V - an identification number.-№ 679 84A;

for heaters on 24 V - an identification number.-№ 679 56A

In repear set enter: 1 burner with the blendy, 1 combustion chamber, 3 EJOT FDS SF screws.

Replacement of a burner is made as follows:

1. To remove a burner with the combustion chamber.

2. The incandescence / sensor of a flame to insert a pin into a burner with blendy (a cable in the direction of an opening for a cable nozzle in a blenda) and to fix by the screw.

3. To pass a cable of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame throughout an opening in blende.

4. To tighten the screw with the moment 0,8 ± 0,08 Nanometers.

5. To enclose new consolidation in a heat exchanger flange groove.

6. To mount the combustion chamber and to fix by screws.

7. To tighten screws with the moment 4,0 ± 0,4 Nanometers. 8. With blendy to screw a burner in the combustion chamber.

9. To fix a blenda and the combustion chamber by EJOT FDS (10) screws.

10. To tighten EJOT FDS SF screws with the moment 2,5 ± 0,25 Nanometers.

11. To insert a sleeve for a fuel intake into a heat exchanger casing.

12. To carry out a cable of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame through the heat exchanger and to put on him a sleeve.

13. To establish the air motor.

14. To install the control unit.

15. To put on laying.

16. To assemble the case.

Replacement of a burner.
Dismantling.

1. To uncover.

2. To remove laying.

3. To remove the control unit.

4. To remove the air motor.

Instruction: Operations with the 5th on the 11th need to be performed if the heater has a burner without blenda, and with the 12th on the 16th - a burner with blendy.

5. To remove the lever the fixing burner latch.

6. To take out a sleeve of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame from the heat exchanger, having pressed her.

7. If it is necessary, carefully to unbend a safety overlay of a cable of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame on the combustion chamber.

8. To take out a burner.

9. To unscrew the screw.

10. To take out a pin the flame incandescence / sensor from a burner.

11. To remove a burner.

12. To take out EJOT FDS SF screws.

13. To take out a sleeve of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame from the heat exchanger, having pressed her, and a burner from blendy - from the combustion chamber.

14. To unscrew the screw.

15. To take out a pin the flame incandescence / sensor from a burner from blendy.

16. To remove a burner from blendy.

17. To carry out works with the removed components.

Installation.

Instruction: Operations with the 1st on the 5th need to be performed if the heater has a burner without blenda, and with the 6th on the 13th - a burner with blendy.

1. To insert a pin the flame incandescence / sensor into a burner (a cable in the direction of an opening for a sleeve) and to fix by the screw.

2. To tighten the screw with the moment 0,8 ± 0,8 Nanometers.

3. To establish a burner and to insert an incandescence pin sleeve / sensor of a flame

4. To record a burner a latch.

5. To carry out a cable of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame under a safety slip on the combustion chamber and through an opening in the heat exchanger case. If the slip was unbent, to bend it back.

6. To insert a pin the flame incandescence / sensor into a burner with blendy (a cable in the direction of an opening for a sleeve in a blenda) and to fix by the screw.

7. To carry out a cable of a pin of the incandescence / sensor of a flame through an opening in blende.

8. To tighten the screw with the moment 0,8 ± 0,08 Nanometers.

9. With blendy to screw a burner in the combustion chamber.

10. To insert a sleeve for a fuel intake into a heat exchanger casing.

11. To fix a blenda and the combustion chamber by EJOT FDS screws.

12. To tighten EJOT FDS SF screws with the moment 2,5 ± 0,25 Nanometers.
