The heater consists of the following main components:

Principle of operation HYDRONIC D35 L2 24V.
When the heater is switched on, the components are tested (3 seconds), then the
water pump is started.
The electric motor is started and drives the impeller of the air blower for combustion, as well as the fuel pump. After about 10 seconds, the ignition is switched on, then the fuel solenoid valve opens. During these 10 seconds, the motor is monitored. In the combustion chamber, fuel and combustion air form a combustible mixture. The mixture ignites with a spark of ignition
high voltage. The flame monitor detects the flicker frequency of the flame and turns off the spark plug
Hot combustion gases pass through the heat exchanger and give heat to the heat carrier
ATTENTION!
• The heater operates according to the heat demand, so the burner start and stand-by time differs.
• The water pump runs constantly, even during the adjustment pauses, and during the inertial run-out.,
When the heater is switched off, the fuel solenoid valve closes, at the same time
the inertia run starts for about 3 minutes at the same time. After the end of the inertial run-out, the heating device
automatically stops.
Up to the moment of shutdown, also during the inertial run-out, the fuel circulation continues.
