Engine heater "Atlant-Smart " bumps into the" small circle " of the vehicle cooling system. It heats the coolant to about 60C. The built-in pump circulates the coolant and thus transfers heat to all structural elements. Once this temperature is reached, the device switches off automatically. After lowering the temperature by 10-15C, the heater is automatically switched on again. For example, in the cylinders of the engine the temperature reached around 30-50C. This contributes to a steady start, reduces wear and tear, as well as the consumption of gasoline/ diesel fuel when the engine is warmed up. Installation of this preheater does not require special mounting conditions and is possible almost anywhere in the engine compartment.
The electric heater operates as follows: - when connecting the electric heater to the AC 220V voltage electric heating element(ten), located inside the body made of aluminum alloy under pressure, begins to heat the coolant "OZH" (Tosol, antifreeze).
The heated coolant is pumped through the engine cooling system built-in electromagnetic pump a pump with an impeller made of heat-resistant polymer, thereby providing a forced circulation and a more intense mixing of the coolant, making the engine warm up faster and more evenly, compared to heaters innerchange type (natural circulation).
The temperature regulator, which has a direct contact with the heater body, controls the temperature of the effluent through the outlet pipe and prevents overheating of the electric heater by disconnecting the contacts. By reducing the coolant temperature, the thermostat switches to the closed state and the next cycle of heating the fluid, thus maintaining the temperature of the coolant in the cooling system of the engine within the specified limits (in this case the pump-the pump continues to run!).

Most heaters operate on the principle of convection. Each type of engine needs its own heater and mounting kit. Its installation is possible only in the lowest point of the cooling system. The Atlant-Smart heater is a universal, equipped with the built-in pump,having small dimensions the device which can be established in modern cars, with their close podkapotny space. Coolant is pumped by an integrated pump continuously. The produced heat is distributed evenly and quickly. A higher temperature is achieved at the same power as the heaters without a pump. Heating time is significantly reduced.
